Dave Nash, PE

With 28 years of engineering experience, including more than a decade at Alliant, Dave Nash is a trusted senior engineer and project manager who excels at guiding major development projects from planning through construction. His collaborative approach ensures seamless coordination with municipal agencies, developers, and contractors, delivering efficient and effective results on large-scale infrastructure improvements. Known for his strong problem-solving skills and deep industry knowledge, Dave is a go-to resource for clients and colleagues alike. Abby Rieckman, PE

Abby Rieckman’s journey at Alliant is a true success story. Starting as an intern in 2011, she has built one of the most impressive 15-year careers in preliminary and final roadway design. Today, Abby is a highly accomplished transportation engineer whose broad design expertise ensures every project is seamlessly coordinated and executed to the highest standards. Her meticulous attention to detail consistently delivers high-quality results efficiently, and her commitment to mentoring the next generation of engineers is instrumental to their growth and Alliant’s continued success. Beyond her technical achievements, Abby plays an active role in shaping our culture, as she is always willing to share knowledge, support her colleagues, and champion collaboration across teams. Her leadership and dedication make her an invaluable part of Alliant’s future.

Mike McCurdy, PE

Mike has been an integral part of Alliant for the past 11 years, bringing over two decades of expertise in traffic final design with a focus on signing, pavement markings, signals, lighting, and MOT. His technical knowledge and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted resource for clients and partners, while his leadership in the industry, serving as President of MSES, underscores his dedication to advancing the profession. Beyond his project work, Mike is passionate about fostering a positive culture at Alliant, from organizing our annual Meat Raffle to stepping in as DJ at company events. His blend of technical skill, client focus, and team spirit continues to make a lasting impact on Alliant’s success.
