Troy’s approach to technology is holistic and forward-thinking, allowing Alliant to smoothly manage everything from periods of substantial growth to day-to-day operations. He oversees the IT department and is responsible for establishing IT policies and systems, implementing company-wide technology framework, analyzing the technology needs of each business unit, and technology equipment and software procurement. Troy and his team provide the infrastructure our employees and clients count on to make their projects a reality.
