Steve has more than 34 years of experience in transportation engineering, traffic operations, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Adept at building quality relationships and providing outstanding service, he has completed projects nationwide with the last several years focused on clients in Florida. Steve specializes in ITS, signal system improvements, signal management plans, smart work zones, and connected vehicle technologies. As Manager of Alliant’s Tampa, Florida office, Steve is responsible for expanding Alliant’s services to western Florida.
