With his diverse background across multiple disciplines in both the public and private sectors, Eric is able to see a unique path for each project he delivers. As a Project Manager, he has become a trusted advisor to owners by working to uncover the details some may overlook and anticipating issues before they arise. He values working with professionals from a variety of disciplines and takes great pride in seeing his design ideas become constructed reality. Eric believes that building a network of clients, contractors, and agency partners that are committed to solving problems is one of the best parts of being a civil engineer.

With over 20 years of design and project management experience, Eric successfully leads some of our clients’ most high-profile, and sometimes controversial, projects where building consensus is essential. He has spent most of his career on water resources design for highway projects, public and private site improvements, natural resources restoration, and shared-use path development for a wide range of clients. Prior to coming to Alliant, Eric worked at the Three Rivers Park District and he led the design and construction of the Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail in Edina, which created seven miles of new regional trail along Nine Mile Creek in a fully developed community. Eric volunteers on the Environment and Sustainability Committee for the Minnesota chapter of APWA to connect with his peers and stay on the cutting edge of current design practices.
