Deanna focuses her energy on drawing people together to work on the internal projects that make Alliant one of the top employers in the market. As Director of Human Resources, she expertly navigates and balances dynamic systems, interests, and goals to provide our team with rewarding experiences. Deanna enjoys working with employees throughout all stages of their careers and finds welcoming recent graduates into the workforce very fulfilling.
With over 20 years of strategic human resources experience, Deanna guides all aspects of Alliant’s human resources programs, policies, and services. She has a demonstrated history of hands-on leadership and is proficient in employee engagement, recruitment and retention, benefit and compensation design, and performance management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
