




Collaboration is foundational to our success and the US 1 and N Old Kings Street and Sawmill Development project showcased this in action.
Across disciplines, we worked seamlessly to provide comprehensive design and permitting services in coordination with FDOT and project stakeholders. While guiding this transportation project through every stage, our team was simultaneously shaping the housing development Sawmill Branch–an exciting new neighborhood featuring 1,000 homes, complete with a community pool, clubhouse, dog park, and playground. This is building better communities at its core.
