Alliant played a key role in bringing Saddlebrook Landings to life, a 216-unit apartment community nestled along Normandy Boulevard in Jacksonville.

Our team provided civil site engineering, surveying, and permitting services for the phased development. This included leading the preparation of final construction documents, such as grading, utility design, stormwater management, and erosion control plans, and providing construction administration support. The project required coordination with multiple agencies to secure permits, including the City of Jacksonville, FDOT, SJRWMD, and FDEP, as well as landscape and irrigation consultants. With a focus on current needs and future growth, Alliant’s work is helping create a thriving residential hub in one of Florida’s fastest-growing regions.
