Riverfront Plaza is a transformative public space project located along the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville.

As part of the City of Jacksonville’s redevelopment initiative, Alliant is providing professional surveying services to support the construction and long-term execution of the project. Our team is responsible for all layout staking and preparation of as-built documentation, working closely with contractors and city staff to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with city standards. Services are performed on a responsive, hourly basis and include daily field reports to maintain transparency and support efficient project delivery.
