Mississippi Landing

Mississippi Landing is a intentionally planned residential community along the banks of the Mississippi River in Cottage Grove, Minnesota.

Developed in partnership with Rachel Development and the City of Cottage Grove, the nearly 135‑acre project balances new housing with open space, trails, and natural resources. The community will include 377 single‑family homes supported by an interconnected system of trails, park amenities, and stormwater features, along with the expansion of the Mississippi Dunes Reserve. Alliant provided civil engineering, surveying, and design services for utilities, roadways, trails, and stormwater systems.

With scenic trails and river views woven throughout, Mississippi Landing offers residents a strong connection to nature within a growing riverfront community.
