Daytona Beach Condominiums

Alliant provided civil engineering, permitting, and urban design services for the 2000 N. Atlantic Luxury High-Rise Condominiums in Daytona Beach, a 165-unit oceanfront residential development.

Our work included site engineering, stormwater management, utility design, and coordination of complex state and local permits, including FDOT and FDEP approvals. As the civil “quarterback,” Alliant coordinated closely with the client, architect, and subconsultants to adapt to evolving site plans, support a separate sales center parcel, and advance both the condominium and supporting infrastructure efficiently through permitting and final design.
