Alliant worked closely with Tradition Development and the City of Woodbury to deliver Briarcroft of Woodbury, a thoughtfully designed residential community on nearly 80 acres along Woodbury Drive.
The development plan includes 258 units across a mix of townhomes and single-family lots, two private neighborhood parks, a regional trail connection, and a 22-acre central park and stormwater feature. Alliant provided civil engineering, surveying, and design services for utilities, roadways, trails, and stormwater systems, helping create an interconnected and vibrant neighborhood that supports the City’s long-term growth goals while preserving open space and enhancing regional stormwater management.
