Rush Hollow Development

Alliant worked closely with Maplewood Development and the City of Maple Grove to deliver Rush Hollow, a thoughtfully designed residential community on nearly 160 acres along Maple Grove Parkway.

The development plan includes 536 units across a mix of townhomes, single-family lots, and a senior living facility. By prioritizing private neighborhood parks, a regional trail connection, and strategic realignments to Maple Grove Parkway and Territorial Road, the development brings nature to the forefront while laying the groundwork for future trail connections that support the City’s long-term vision. Alliant provided civil engineering, surveying, and preliminary design services for utilities, roadways, trails, and stormwater systems, helping create a vibrant neighborhood that supports the City’s growth, and enhances long-term access to outdoor recreation and regional connectivity.
With amenities including fire pits, playgrounds, community gathering spaces, and a dog park, Rush Hollow is designed to foster connection and provide a welcoming environment where families can thrive.
