Alliant partnered with MnDOT to upgrade aging overhead and bridge-mounted signing infrastructure at 37 locations across the Twin Cities metro area, delivering clearer, more compliant messaging and a more consistent, streamlined visual experience for drivers.
The project included the design of 16 new overhead signs and seven bridge-mounted signs, with close coordination around utilities and right-of-way to ensure efficient and constructible implementation. These improvements enhance safety, visibility, and wayfinding for commuters and freight traffic alike, supporting reliable travel and improved driver decision-making across the region.
