Alliant delivered full civil engineering design, permitting, and coordination for a new 100-bed hospital and medical office building located at Palm Coast Parkway and Bridgehaven Drive.
The project included site planning, stormwater and utility design, erosion control, and off-site roadway improvements. Alliant also led the traffic impact study completion and coordinated with Florida Power & Light and other subconsultants to finalize construction documents. Our team supported multiple public meetings, developed specifications, and assisted with agency submittals and permit close-outs to meet all City and environmental requirements.
