DescriptionTwin Cities Premium Outlets is a 444,000 square foot, $100 million dollar Outlet Center in Eagan, MN. The project is a public-private partnership between the City of Eagan and Paragon Outlets. It features approximately 100 different shops and stores of various sizes around a pedestrian concourse that will serve as the center’s main street. Users access the concourse through well-defined, landscaped entry plazas. The redevelopment brings together shopping, walkability, transit options, greenspace and livability.
The Paragon site was previously a number of existing parcels, including a city street that was previously Highway 13, and Alliant’s survey department worked extensively with the City of Eagan, the developer and attorneys to consolidate the land. Work on the site also included rerouting a number of existing utilities. We worked with the developer, architect and the City of Eagan to acquire rezoning, planned development, subdivision and building permit approvals. The Paragon Outlet Center opened in August of 2014.
