Key hires add depth to Alliant’s Transportation Team

Aaron Jaeger, PE is a Project Manager/Highway Design Engineer with over 13 years of Department of Transportation (DOT) experience.  Aaron came to us from the Missouri DOT where he focused on highway design projects including: US 65 six-lane expansion, Springfield, MO; ADA transition plan improvements on major expressways in Springfield, MO; interchange modifications and signal upgrades on I-44 and MO 5 in Lebanon, MO; new interchange on US 60 in Rogersville, MO; intersection improvements and widening for TWLTL on Route H in Springfield, MO; and the conversion of a signalized intersection to a two lane roundabout in Airport Drive, MO.

Aaron and his family have ties to Rochester, MN and are very happy to be back in Minnesota.  He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and has been a Professional Engineer since 2008.

Stephanie Rathburn, PE is a Project Manager/Senior Water Resources Engineer with over 10 years of experience.  Her background includes storm sewer systems, culvert designs, bridge hydraulic analyses, and watershed master plan work.  Her major project accomplishments include: the hydraulic analyses for the Lincoln South Beltway project in Lincoln, NE; a Pennsylvania Turnpike expansion near Philadelphia, PA; hydraulic analyses for UPRR track expansion projects in Louisiana; and the I-124 widening in Chattanooga, TN.

Stephanie came to Minneapolis after 10 years in the Lincoln, Nebraska market. She is a Duluth, MN native and happy to be back near her family.  She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and has been a licensed Professional Engineer since 2006.
