The Mankato-based engineer will develop and maintain business relationships with transportation engineering and local government clients.
Alliant has hired industry expert Peter Harff, PE as Associate and Project Manager focused on expanding business in the Midwest region.
In this new role, Mankato-based Harff will focus on expanding the firm’s offerings in the southwest part of Minnesota. “We’re thrilled to have Peter on board and look forward to the perspective and outstanding service he has to offer our clients, particularly in this rapidly growing portion of the state,” said Alliant president and founder John Dillingham.
Prior to joining Alliant, Harff dedicated his career to serving in various leadership positions within the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Most recently he fulfilled the role of Assistant District Engineer for Program Delivery in District 7. He is known and respected state-wide for his ability to successfully deliver complex high-profile projects and lead state-wide initiatives.
A University of Minnesota graduate, Harff earned a bachelor of geological engineering, and a bachelor of science in geology followed by a master of science in geology. Harff is a registered engineer in the state of Minnesota, and a certified Project Management Professional.
