Dennis Olmstead

Dennis Olmstead established the Land Survey department at Alliant Engineering, Inc. in June of 2002 as Vice President of
Land Surveying.

Dennis is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Minnesota and is a Registered Land Surveyor in Wisconsin. He has more than 30 years of experience in Land Surveying ranging from:

• Remonumentation of United States Government Survey,

• ALTA/ACSM LandTitle Surveys,

• Existing Condition (Topographical) Surveys,

• Right of Way Mapping and Compilation Mapping,

• Subdivision Plats and CIC Plats,

• Preparation of Legal Descriptions and

• Construction Surveys involving both the private and public sectors.

Dennis is a graduate of Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Highway and Surveying and has professional affiliations with the Minnesota Society of Professional Surveyors and the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors.

In his free time, Dennis enjoys biking; anything on the water in the summer and cross country and skiing in the winter.
