Bob Green

Bob Green joined Alliant Engineering, Inc. in January 2000 as the Vice President of Transportation, has over 18 years of experience in the transportation field, and is a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).

Bob is currently the Traffic Engineering Manager for the $230 million Trunk Highway (TH) Design-Build project.  In addition, he has managed and successfully completed a wide range of projects, including:

• traffic impact studies,

• corridor studies,

• preliminary roadway design,

• final roadway design,

• traffic signal design,

• traffic signal operations and timing, and

• Intelligent Transportations Systems design and implementation.

Bob is an active member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and serves as president of the Midwestern District.

Bob graduated from the University of Minnesota and optimistically believes that every year is “finally the year” the Gophers will return to the Rose Bowl.
