Principal / Project Manager – Land Development

Mark joined Alliant in 1999. He has over 16 years of experience in the design and construction of municipal and private infrastructure projects with a focus in land development design. He has been the project manager for numerous development projects including medical/office, residential, and commercial land uses. Mark is skilled at handling all project phases ranging from preparing the preliminary planning and cost analysis, scheduling, project design, preparing plans and specifications, submitting for the governmental approval process, and construction administration.

Background

Mark works on land development projects of all sizes and complexities across the country. He knows the intricate details of the development process from initial land assessment and planning, through design and permitting, and ultimately to construction completion. His ability to think critically on the fly and adapt to changing conditions makes him a go-to for our clients and our internal team. Mark has built a wealth of knowledge and he uses his skills to promote efficiency and economy into design for his clients.

Mark has the honor of being Alliant’s first intern and has grown his professional career as Alliant has grown. He supports professional associations including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Minnesota Surveyors and Engineers Society (MSES) and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). Mark is proud to provide the oversight, exceptional service, and quality engineering that has led to long-term client relationships.
