VICE PRESIDENT OF LAND DEVELOPMENT

Clark joined Alliant in July of 1997 as the Vice President of Land Development and he has significantly grown our land development group since that time. He has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of municipal and private infrastructure projects and he specializes in private and public infrastructure, hydraulic modeling, and municipal engineering.

Background

Clark has been the managing principal and project manager for numerous local and national urban infill, residential, commercial/retail, and office/industrial developments of various complexities. He has extensive experience in assessing site constraints, preparing preliminary cost analysis, scheduling, entitlements, all phases of project design, preparing plans and specifications, permitting, and construction administration.

Clark has worked in the public sector at the local and federal levels. His current primary responsibilities include business development, client relations, marketing, acting as the Land Development Department Manager in Minneapolis, and the oversight of land development activities in our southeast regional office.

Clark’s professional associations include American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Sensible Land Use Coalition (SLUC), and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
